Terms and Conditions for MindPlus App

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MindPlus mobile application ("App") provided by MindPlus Asia ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service​

MindPlus is a mobile application that provides mental health support services. The App allows users and counselors to access personalized content, track interactions, and communicate securely. The App retrieves information from our servers and saves data based on user interactions.

3. User Accounts​

3.1 Account Creation​

To use certain features, you must create an account as either a user or counselor. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure.

3.2 Account Responsibilities​

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use License​

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Prohibited Uses​

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
  • Upload harmful code or content
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and User Conduct​

6.1 User-Generated Content​

You may submit content through the App. You retain ownership but grant us a license to use it for App functionality.

6.2 Conduct​

Use the App responsibly. Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior.

7. Intellectual Property​

The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. MindPlus Asia retains all rights to the App and its intellectual property.

8. Privacy​

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers​

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindPlus Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold MindPlus Asia harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Updates to Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law​
